Caregiver
Caregiver is a healthcare app for private nursing providers that allows loved ones to monitor patient progress.
I provided pro-bono branding and UI/UX design of the app. I also built the native iOS and Android wrapper around a customized web-app
template a developer friend assembled. MVP work was done on nights and weekends. I'm proud of the social impact
my work had.

When establishing the UI/UX and design language for an app or project, I almost always begin with the
branding and logo. I went through 15 different iterations of the color scheme, logo, etc. until I arrived
at a clean and approachable logo scheme that would also pop out as an app icon.
I typically establish the color scheme, logo mark/icon, and the logo typography to help inform me of and
rapidly develop the rest of the user experience and design.
I used Balsamiq Mockups to help establish the multitude of use case flows for each persona using the app
and went through multiple iterations with the client Tim as well as my back-end developer partner on the project.
This was the App registration flow for Patients and Administrators.
Using Balsamiq Mockups, I provided a view of what the FTUE (First Time User Experience) would appear like for the 4 personas we had established to be the primary users of the app.
